This is my optimized mounting solution for the MPCNC and DeWalt DWP611 Spindle, engineered specifically for the 25.4mm version. Key Features: A built-in vacuum ring surrounds the tool, featuring a nozzle spout with a 30mm diameter lip; ensure your hose has an inner diameter matching this size for optimal performance. Mounting holes allow for add-on plates: expand the design by attaching accessories to the bottom using existing screw points, such as a dust brush or various attachments. One-piece ToolMount replaces the standard tool mount on the MPCNC and screws directly into the tubes. Holes enable the lights on the DWP611 to shine through, providing enhanced visibility. The DWP611 vent air redirection system diverts air blowing out the bottom of the DPW611 towards the sides of the mount, preventing dust or chips from being kicked up and allowing the vacuum to function effectively. A robust design securely holds the tool in place, making it easy to remove and reinstall.
