MPCNC control box with keystone ethernet connections
thingiverse
Here is the control box for my MPCNC. It holds a full graphic LCD, ramps 1.4b board, fan, and keystone Ethernet connections along with my Ethernet MPCNC endcaps. To make my MPCNC more portable, I'm disassembling it as fast as possible, which means I need to design a system that can be quickly taken apart. That's why I'll add different back plates later with various connections for accessories. I've included two faceplates - one has "MPCNC" printed at the top, but I found it hard to print due to the overhang and didn't want supports on the face, so I added another option without letters. The solidworks file for the back panel is also included, allowing you to modify it as needed. There was a request for the body solid model, so I've included the face, body, and back plate models. Here's a link to the Ethernet end caps: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1698769 Printer Settings: Printer: MicroMake D1 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.4 Nozzle, 0.2 layer height Infill: 30% rectilinear Notes: I used supports on the underside of the back plate for the keystone cutouts.
