MPCNC Camera mount
thingiverse
I grabbed the blank drag chain mount and drilled a hole into it so I could attach a camera underneath the roller. A 1/4 inch bolt is perfect for securing a GoPro or standard camera beneath the roller. To attach my iPhone, I used a smartphone mount (a Shoulderpod S1) attached below the roller. After putting this setup to the test, it's clear that real-time video isn't very practical, but timelapse footage looks great - and honestly, who wants to watch real-time milling in the first place? You can see a side-by-side comparison of real-time and timelapse video taken with an iPhone 6S+ at https://youtu.be/aUu0kCvpkRk.
