This is a custom part designed to enhance the rigidity of your CNC mill. Specifically crafted for the MPCNC, it confines forces on the assembly, ensuring stability. One side features a 23.5mm diameter (3/4" EMT conduit) and the other a 29.5mm diameter (1" EMT conduit), accommodating conduit available at Menards or most hardware stores. I found 3/4" EMT conduit at Farm and Fleet, which was farther away than Menards. The primary intention of this part is to utilize locally sourced hardware. To assemble it, you will need: - X8 6-32x3/4" tapered head machine screws Using fewer machine screws might be possible; I used six for added security. This design allows for future upgrades such as camera mounts, vacuum attachments, or enclosure mounting structures. Printing at 55-60% infill in PLA will yield an extremely rigid frame.
