Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Purse i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .26 Infill: 30% I designed this drill alignment jig in Fusion 360. The drawing I based it on is from Vicious1's website, specifically the zrail.jpg file. To create this jig for the MPCNC 525 J with a 1" OD conduit, follow these steps: * Use Fusion 360 to design the jig. * Start by creating a new part in Fusion 360. * Draw the outline of the jig on the x-y plane, using the MPCNC's dimensions as a guide. * Add holes for the drill and any other features you need. * Export the design as an STL file. * Print the jig on your RepRap Purse i3 3D printer. Note: The print settings I used are for a high-resolution print with supports. You may need to adjust these settings based on your specific printer and needs. By following these steps, you should be able to create a functional drill alignment jig for the MPCNC 525 J using a 1" OD conduit.
