Remix of the DWP611 Quick Release for the MPCNC 525 version. Fusion 360 Model https://a360.co/2tDljw4 Prep-work. Print all pieces and clean, of course. For every hole that takes 4mm screws, predrill with a 4mm bit. Likewise, if using 5mm to attach to the tool mount, predrill with a 5mm bit. Predrilling saves a lot of headaches. If using some other dimensions, then use what you have. Hardware: 3x 4mm x 45mm - one for the hinge and two for clamping the arm to the base. 6x 4mm x 25mm - four for the adapter and two for router support. 9x 4mm nuts - I recommend gluing the nuts in place to prevent them from falling out. What I do is put some glue on the nut, place it in position, secure with a screw, and wait until dry. Remove the screw and verify that the nut is secure. 10x 5mm x 25mm 10x 5mm nuts To attach the MountAdapter, I used 5mm socket head screws and nuts. Glued nuts in place as well. As is, no warranty!
