MPCNC 500 Watt Spindle holder for 23.5mm conduit (3/4")
thingiverse
I designed this to make a Chinese 500 watt spindle that comes with an aluminum bracket, attach to the tool holder of a MPCNC. I designed it in OpenScad and have included the file if anyone wants to change or reuse in any way they see fit. I printed it out with PETG at 100% infill for extra strength. I designed it to use 1/4" bolts and nuts because the metric ones that come with the spindle are far too short. The only thing to watch when installing is to make certain that the 1/4" bolts stop at the very end of the nuts in the nut pockets. Going TOO far will make the bolt hit the bearings. I designed in a little extra room but why take chances. I actually made my own bolts out of 1/4" all thread and used a nylock nut on the outside of the aluminum spindle holder.
