MP Select Mini V2 Exhaust Cover
thingiverse
I recently discovered that my bed experiences difficulty maintaining ideal temperatures when it slides into its full back position. Upon investigation, I noticed air from the chassis fan was blowing directly under the bed when my hand was placed underneath. Initially, I addressed this issue by placing a bent piece of cardboard between the fan and the bed, creating a makeshift barrier to redirect airflow. However, I soon thought of a more elegant solution - printing a custom block to provide a neater and more effective obstruction. It's worth noting that the internal fan is supported solely by four visible screws, which can cause issues if not properly secured. When installing this modification, it's essential to ensure at least one screw is always engaged in the fan to prevent it from falling inside and complicating the process.
