Since it's engineered for an E3D hot end, it may not be compatible with the stock hot end. The shroud requires 4 x 3.0mm x 16mm screws (usually included with the hot end) and the 4 standard fan screws. It also utilizes one of the original springs that hold the shroud in place on the right side of the hot end housing. It's recommended to print this shroud using ABS, but PLA can be used as long as part-cooling is maintained. Supports are necessary for printing the fan shroud; they may be challenging to remove, but pliers and a small flat-head screwdriver should facilitate removal.
