If you observe closely during significant movements in the X-direction, both the Extruder Heater and Extruder Thermocouple wires will become visible as they move and deteriorate at the heater block due to fatigue. This strain relief utilizes two zip ties to secure the wires and prevent wear at the point of termination. The Bowden Tube "Push-to-Connect" fitting must be disengaged by pulling the fan and employing a 1.5mm allen key to loosen the clamp holding in the Bowden Tube Push-to-Connect fitting. To create additional slack for the Heater and Thermocouple wires, some of the spiral wrap should be unwound, allowing the flexibility within the system to be absorbed in this area.
