MP Select Mini Spool Holder that accommodates small spool holes
pinshape
Summary I recently purchased some AMZ3D filament and encountered an issue with the spool not fitting into the spool holder. The center diameter of the spool was too small to accommodate the holder. I designed a revised version that features three bearing spaces, making it adaptable for various sizes. This design can handle standard-sized spools as well as smaller AMZ3D filaments. However, I haven't tested larger spools weighing 1/2 kg or more, but those with a center diameter of at least 30mm should fit perfectly. The holder slides onto the side just like the standard holder does. To ensure a secure fit, I designed it to be snug, so you may need to lightly sand the back if it's difficult to insert. I previously experimented with a looser design that resulted in sagging, which is why this version is intentionally tight and sits straight.
