MP Select Mini E3D v6 Triple 30mm Cooling Fan

I didn't have one of the big 50 mm radial fans (which are better), but I did have a spare 30mm fan on my bench, so I created this. I think it works really nicely. The big difference with this design is that the angle of the fan is more in line with the shroud for increased flow. The shroud also points very accurately to the part below the nozzle. Use PETG for the bracket parts and main fan, but you can use PLA for the Side Fan if you want. To get the Benchy in my photos, I had to fix the z-wobble with a printed clamp, calibrate the extruder to get the right flow, manually tune the PIDs, and cool the control board. It was all a pain, but it prints nicely, albeit slowly. PIDs: P30 I0.06 D150 Select Mini printing: PETG is difficult starting out on a Select Mini, but I used very slow speeds (10 walls, 20 infill). I used coasting, but not wiping. Wiping left really ugly layers and delaminations. I would try to print everything with the stock hot end before switching over to the E3D v6 hot end. It has its own learning curve. The Fan Shroud Clamp and Zero Offset Bracket are the originals from USWaterRockets. See the remix info.
