I tweaked the fan base to create a slightly thicker profile and extended its end by 1.5mm. My initial print had roughly 3mm before it made contact with the bed, leading me to believe that more airflow was necessary to prevent filament issues. I also integrated a stabilizer bar into the heatsink hole's center, serving two purposes: improving stability and redirecting air downwards for better cooling performance.
