MP Mini Select Perpendicular Spool Holder
thingiverse
The stock reel holder for the MPSM requires the filament to make a hard turn at the top of the printer to enter the extruder. It's also square, which causes extra drag that nobody needs. This is a reel adapter that attaches to the side of the MonoPrice Mini Select 3D printer where the stock reel holder is located. The adapter holds the spool so that the filament comes over the top and straight into the extruder. It features a ball-bearing mounted reel that can be sized to the core of the spool(s) used, meaning it doesn't hop or drag on the reel. I've also included a spool attachment for adding sides of various sizes, and using a 1" reel through its core. I use this with the $5 Filament mini-coils. Simply slide them on and they're ready to go.
