MP Mini Select 3D ABS & Nylon Fan Shroud remix

Remix of FDM_Guru's ABS fan shroud mod to address minor issues. Current status: work in progress. List of changes: Upgraded spring clip bracket with a stepped design to simplify attachment. Enhanced screw hold depth to reduce risk of stripped threads. Increased screw hold diameter from 2mm to 2.6 for easier tightening and reduced thread wear. Relocated screw holes away from the wider side of the shroud, preventing contact with the inside wall. Notes: Printing without supports is possible (I did so unintentionally), but it may lead to issues with the spring clips on the sides due to the increased overhang. I suggest using a higher temperature filament like ABS, PETg, etc., instead of regular PLA for optimal prints.
