This is a custom-made extruder visualizer designed specifically for the MP mini delta printer. Its purpose is to showcase the extruder in action, making it easier for users to identify when it's moving and in which direction. This tool serves as an invaluable teaching aid for newcomers to 3D printing, allowing them to quickly pinpoint potential issues with the extruder motor during troubleshooting. The visualizer's design is inspired by a windmill or turbine theme, which fits perfectly with the MP mini delta's orientation. As no suitable pre-made models were available for this printer, I created this simple yet effective model myself. I opted for a classic three-blade setup reminiscent of many wind turbines. Measurements revealed that the extruder motor shaft on this machine measures 5mm in diameter, so I designed the hole opening to be 4.9mm in diameter, providing a snug fit and a more secure hold on the shaft. The split design allows the visualizer to slightly expand around the extruder shaft for added stability.
