MP Mini Delta Slic3r config

Update 7: Heading straight into V4 with a couple key adjustments made. I reduced my extrusion multiplier slightly and completely revamped my startup and bed leveling routine for much better looking initial layers. The change to a 0.4mm first layer, more than double the previous setting, combined with a thorough 6x6 grid bed leveling sequence has resolved all issues related to adhesion on the bed. Furthermore, I've added pause times during the leveling process to ensure any residue is cleared from both the nozzle and the bed before proceeding. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update 6: Further tweaks have been made to my settings, though I'm struggling to recall every detail of what specifically has changed. Nonetheless, a minor adjustment in speed was implemented to enhance overall quality, and retraction settings were tweaked to minimize stringing issues. This V3 configuration is likely the last update I will post since I am satisfied with the current performance. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update 5: Over the past few days, I've been refining my settings to improve stringing, bridging, and general print quality. Due to a warped heated bed, I modified the auto-bed leveling routine to utilize a 3x3 grid instead of the previous setup. The process remains similar, with adjustments still made at the line that reads: "G29 P3 Z0.4 ;If your..." However, you can change "P3" to "P5" or "P6" for more points to be tested during leveling. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update 4: Here is my configuration file for Slic3r Prusa Edition, which has been working seamlessly on my Monoprice Mini Delta. If your initial layer height isn't accurate, navigate to the "print settings tab," then select "custom G-code." Under "start G-code," look for the line that reads: "G29 C-0.8 Z0.4 ; if your first layer is too far from the bed then lower the Z number, if it is too close, then raise it." The comment provides a clear guideline: lowering Z to 0.3 will make the initial layer closer to the bed, while increasing it to 0.5 will push it further away.
