MP Mini Delta Pizeo Bed Level Sensor Mounts

This is a pizeo sensor mount for the Monoprice Mini Delta printer. It makes use of the circuit from Precision Pizeo ( https://www.precisionpiezo.co.uk/ ) (do NOT buy from Amazon which sells a knockoff which doesnt work) The three mounst attach sercurely to the bed replacing three bed platform screws. It also stabilizes the platform by exerting upward pressure on the bed (against to factory bed stops) while pre-loading the pizeo disc (good). The factory bed switches need not be removed and provide a failsafe. The only mod to the printer is to splice a wire pair into one of the bed switch lines for connection to the Precision Pizeo board output. The result if a very sensitive and highly reproducable probe. The circuit sensitivity should be set to avoid false triggering due to vibrations. Since the sytem detects the nozzle touch with pressure and almost no motion the probe zoffset is near zero. The bed does not tilt when probed and reproducabilty is excellent. This is probably my10th design. One issue is electrical noise which false triggers the circuit.My first try was to run pizeo wires inside the base but found way to much noise. Thus the wires are routed above. Maybe shilded wires would solve this problem. The photos show the three printed pieces: the pizeo disc mount, the pressure lever and the piezo board holder (in the installed photo). The lever axle and bed finger are made from a paper clip. Note that the lever screw used to adjust the pressure needs to be short to avoid head collision.
