***Update 2:*** I've added three more STL files for the extruder side, making it impossible to fit them together in one piece without splitting them into three parts. The solution is simple - I sliced the model into three separate parts that will fit perfectly together on your printer. If you need to adjust the vertical size, I recommend doing so on the middle section as you can simply lower the z-height to make it smaller. ***Original Comment:*** I was determined to create side panels for the MP Mini Delta, but after researching, I discovered that flat enclosures could cause the print head to collide with the side at extreme angles. To avoid this issue, I designed a curved enclosure that provides enough clearance for the print head not to hit the side. I've included the STL files as well as a text file containing the shared Fusion 360 URL so you can work directly from the software if desired. NOTE-1: Be aware of this critical detail. If you attempt to print the entire model in one piece, the bottom will not bend and therefore won't fit into the grooves on the uprights. To avoid this issue, I recommend printing the bottom with a few rows up at once and then finishing the top part separately. This allows you to insert the bottom at an angle before attaching the top piece, which should provide enough flexibility to fit into the grooves. NOTE-2: I tried printing this flat without supports but encountered issues due to filament breakage. Although it may have succeeded with proper settings, I was not satisfied with the lines produced by the print. The images show some under-extrusion that's not a fault of the model; it's simply a matter of me needing to dial in my slicing settings correctly. I printed this upright successfully using 0.2 height and a 0.04mm nozzle on my CR-10S, but I'm still refining my settings. For comparison, I'm printing on an Ender-5 at 0.16 layer height with a 0.04mm nozzle and achieving excellent results so far. Keep in mind that print time will vary depending on nozzle size and speed - my example took almost a full day to complete at 40mm/s.
