MP-36 Robot Tyrant's Throne (2 parts)
thingiverse
I've printed several for myself and friends that I got tired of messing around with the model every time I do, and sat down to make the needed changes for easy printing and assembly. The original model has been scaled up 110% overall, and then the seat depth was scaled 125% to make it a bit deeper to accommodate Megatron's back "kibble." I carefully split the model at the base of the back so that the split is not so obvious when the pieces are assembled. Finally, I added 1.8mm "peg" holes on the mating faces of the two parts. Just use 10mm bits of 1.75mm filament as pegs. A teeny bit of super glue, and the pieces will line up perfectly, and the seam will only be noticeable from the back, which is unlikely to be seen very often, or at least very closely. Both pieces will fit at the same time on a Prusa i3 MK3 print bed, and so will also fit on many other printers. The overall height of the chair at MP-36 scale was too tall, though, so it had to be split in parts.
