This hub cap is designed specifically for Black and Decker mowers, but its design and size are likely similar to many other mower tires, making it potentially useful for various owners. The standard issue hub cap tends to fall off easily, resulting in frequent losses, so I decided to create a more secure alternative while working with a basic model. This custom hub cap fits snugly on purpose, requiring a rubber mallet to tap it into place. Update 2018-10-26: After encountering issues with the fins breaking off, I strengthened the design and uploaded the improved version as V2.
