The throttle lever on my motor mower snapped. I reimagined the lever, making it more robust by shortening its length and reducing the likelihood of getting caught and breaking. The new design also lends itself perfectly to being 3D printed with ease. I've been using this revised lever for six months now, and it's performed flawlessly. The original housing needed some adjustments to accommodate the new lever, but a few snips with side cutters or an exacto knife made quick work of it. Print: - no supports required, just some minor cleanup - 50% infill is sufficient - PLA material proved to be a great choice
