Using Solidworks 2016, a simplified model was created based on a YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sigVaGr7HnQ) by Grand Illusions. For rendering, Simlab Composer 7 Mechanical Edition was utilized. The rendered frames were edited with Virtualdub and saved as AVI/X264 and BMP. MyMP4BoxGui was used to remux the video into MP4 format. PhotoScape created GIFs from the renders, which were then edited using IrfanView. The 3D-PDF, ZIM, and SIMLAB files are all animated. The ZIM file can be viewed on IOS and Android devices via the free Simlab Viewer app when using the appropriate file format. The model is available in various formats including Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 7, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS, and ZIM.
