I was dissatisfied with how the wires were solely reliant on kapton tape and solder joints to hold them in place on the heater pcb at the back of my Anycubic Prusa i3 clone's bed. To address this issue, I created a strain relief that redirects the wires 90° around the sides so they move alongside the Y axis instead of above it. Installation is straightforward: simply rotate your bed to face left, allowing the wires to protrude, then position this component in place and drill three 3mm holes using the print's pre-drilled guides (20mm apart). Secure it with two M3 screws and nuts. I utilized spare screws from my kit, which provided ample quantity. Finally, guide the wires – with or without additional sleeving – into the groove and hold them in place with two zip ties.
