This model was developed from Daniel Lilygreen's original design, which can be accessed here. To enhance its functionality, I modified the internal framework so that it will automatically right itself whenever it is pushed or rolled, transforming it into an engaging desktop toy with added entertainment value. Its head also rotates, allowing for a more interactive experience. The BB8 Star Wars Droid is a delightful little companion to have on your desk, providing endless hours of fun as you roll and balance it. This project was a fascinating exploration of physics, and I encourage you to utilize the internal structure of this model as inspiration to create your own unique characters, similar to BB8.
