It's a base for a simple servo-tail. <s> I will publish some photos later. </s> Sorry, but i left this project to finish the Gen 1 tail, instead i uploaded a photo of how this should be connected. <b> How to assemble: </b> My tail has a sort of rubber band to wrap around your waist, iin this design it's ment to go through the holes on top of "ServoTailHead", i also made a hole where the rubber bands are connected so that "TailBar" can be inserted. I used a M3 (i think it was 25mm) screw and a nut to connect "TailBar" and "ServoTailHead".
