This 3D model is a battery designed to power the Freefly Movi Pro gimbal. The battery pack is made of PETG material and is printed with a layer height of 0.15mm and 15% infill. It consists of 6x21700 Lion cells with a capacity of 3000mAh each (but other 21700 Lion cells can be used as well). The battery features a balancing connector, so a hobby charger with a balancing connector is required to charge it properly. The weight of one battery is approximately 530 grams. The battery connector is a Molex 75545-5000 connector (note that it is reversible, so the polarity can be switched. Please refer to the photo for correct mounting). The screws used are M3 with a flat head, 12mm long. We've included a STEP file for any modifications you may need, as well as a 3mf file for PrusaSlicer for easy printing. Please note that the gimbal settings need to be adjusted to select SL4 battery (since the original Movi Pro batteries are Lipol and have a different cut-off voltage, causing the gimbal to report 0% earlier than expected. The newer S4 batteries are Lion, which will display the battery level correctly). With this model, you can power your Freefly Movi Pro gimbal with a custom-made battery that is durable and reliable.
