Moveo Arm Axis Encoders
thingiverse
I aimed to incorporate closed-loop control into my Moveo Arm. To achieve this goal, I designed components specifically tailored for mounting onto the 8mm shafts found on Large, Medium, and Small Arm Joints. The other axes will naturally follow suit. To get started, simply print out the covers and magnet holders and attach them according to your preferences. The AS5600 Encoder from a variety of suppliers is an excellent choice, available through Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/AS5600-Absolute-Encoder-Precision-Brushless/dp/B07YCZ4NCT/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=as5600&qid=1575338997&sr=8-7. I've also specified a 0.5-inch diameter, extremely polarized component, which is crucial for the system's functionality. To customize the design to your needs, I've included the Fusion 3D files in the package.
With this file you will be able to print Moveo Arm Axis Encoders with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Moveo Arm Axis Encoders.
