(moved) Camera belt clip
thingiverse
This design has been transferred to YouMagine (https://www.youmagine.com/designs/camera-belt-clip), featuring a quick-release grip similar to a simplified B-Grip. By attaching the camera to this belt clip, you can have your device readily accessible without occupying hands or causing it to shake and potentially get damaged. The design incorporates the camera_plate from Marcus Wolschon's 3D printed shoulder rig -design. While the object is yet to be printed, plans are underway to do so soon. Before completion, an insertion of the belt will occur during printing, specifically at a pause G-Code point in the large overhang area. For more information and background on this decision, refer to Marcus Wolschon's blog post (http://marcuswolschon.blogspot.com/2011/07/3d-printed-camera-belt-clip.html) and his reasons for leaving Thingiverse (http://marcuswolschon.blogspot.de/2014/01/leaving-thingiverse.html).
