Movable Sinus Rinse Drying Rack

Movable Sinus Rinse Drying Rack

It's an easy cleaning and drying rack designed specifically for the NeilMed Sinus Rinse. Just let it dry throughout the day, or discreetly stash it under your sink when guests arrive. Having only one bathroom in my home motivated me to create this portable drying rack with a built-in drip tray to contain any water spills. With the original design, I felt like the rinse rack sticking out from the mirror was an eyesore when company visited, so I designed something more practical and easy to hide. For those interested in modifying or personalizing this project, I've included my SolidWorks files, including detailed designs of the Sinus Rinse bottle and nozzle. Feel free to customize as needed! Here's what you need to know before printing your own drying rack: To ensure a watertight design, I recommend printing with the thickest shell setting available. Additionally, use at least 10% infill density to prevent collapse. In the images, I used a 0.3mm layer height, but a 0.4mm layer would also work just as well. When you're printing, it may seem like your rack is on the verge of collapsing, but trust me – no supports are needed. However, be prepared to file down the feet to get them perfectly level for stable drying performance. I've printed this design three times without requiring any additional support material.
