Movable Gorilla
thingiverse
Gorillas are the largest apes on earth. Their thick fur is a deep shade and they can reach heights of 1.8 meters and weigh as much as 280 kilograms. They naturally inhabit the equatorial forests of Africa. Despite their massive size, gorillas are gentle creatures. It's unusual to see them standing upright on two legs; instead, they typically walk on all fours with their knuckles on the ground. This model is intricately designed, allowing for movement in the head, shoulders, arms, and legs. The forearms are articulated, but limited mobility helps the gorilla maintain its four-legged stance. For optimal printing results, it's recommended to use no supports. A resolution of 0.1 was used, but feel free to experiment with different settings. Following reports of overlapping arm parts, I've made adjustments to prevent this issue from occurring again. With these updates, you can expect a successful print every time!
