Mouth suction adapter for freezer bags
cults3d
For a speedy and rough vacuum sealing of frozen items, simply suck air out of the freezer bag using your mouth. However, doing that directly is unsanitary. Therefore, I created this adapter. Zip the bag nearly shut, leaving just enough space for the eye-shaped part of the adapter. Press the bag around this part with your fingers. Exhale, place your lips on the straw portion, suck air out, then quickly remove the adapter and seal the bag. I include three versions with varying lengths of straw/tube. The one in the photo is a bit too short for the depicted bag. Print at 100% infill. I encountered some issues with Slic3r leaving holes in the thin section - these were apparent in the previous version. Experiment with layer width to resolve this problem, or increase the minimumWidth parameter in the Customizer. This uses and integrates my Bezier library.
