The jaw harp, commonly known as the Ozark harp, mouth harp, trump, or juice harp, is a plucked instrument that falls under the category of lamellophones. This versatile instrument consists of a flexible tongue or reed attached to a sturdy frame. To produce sound, the player inserts the tongue/reed into their mouth and plucks it with their finger.
