This project was an experiment as I am new to 3D modeling; thus, perfection is not guaranteed. Despite its impracticality for regular use due to its size, it was a fun challenge. The mouse wheel may be consumed by your mouse! It's crucial to note that the last two files are unnecessary. The first file displays the final result, while the second is a zip folder containing all parts. Combine the Wheel pieces, then insert the big wheel piece rods into the holes of the flat wheel piece. Next, slide the cylinder rods of the Base pieces through the middle circles on the Wheel and snap them together. Finally, connect the two outer frame rods of the Base pieces to complete the structure. Please let me know if any modifications are required!
