You can never do to many surface tutorials for SolidWorks. This is a small surface tutorial from ProductDesignForums uploaded by user "parel" found on: http://www.productdesignforums.com/topic/230-solidworks-demo-for-industrial-design/
Parel has done most of the work, i.e. drawn the splines, so you only need to do the actual surfacing. A few of the images for the steps seem to be missing, so you also need to use imagination.
