This model represents an almost exact duplicate of a mouse trap vehicle that I crafted specifically for a school assignment. The project imposed stringent design limitations necessitating the creation of a car that could comfortably fit within a rectangular container measuring precisely 100x200x100 millimeters in dimensions. Among four intricately designed devices built to participate in a relay competition, this car stands out with its carefully engineered rear bumper/trailing edge trigger mechanism. Upon deployment, it effortlessly traversed the mandatory three-meter distance. Included alongside are detailed assembly drawings and step-by-step instructions for building this miniature marvel.
