Replacement mouse roller for Hawker Everest Rampage mouse. To open the replacement roller, you must first remove three screws located underneath the mouse's skates. You will need a 1.54 mm thick and 24 mm long nail with a head to serve as the roller axle. Insert the nail partially into the roller, shorten it, and then flatten one end to create a screwdriver edge that is 1.8 mm wide. Next, place the replacement roller into the yoke and drive the nail completely through the roller until it connects with the roller sensor. When you rotate the mouse roller, it should move smoothly, and the mouse button micro-switch should only engage when you press it. Don't forget to install the roller cap and tire on the replacement roller by removing them from the original roller, cleaning them with alcohol, and then placing them onto the new roller before installation.
