Mouse Ear Band Mount

A display system for showcasing mouse ear headbands, or any other type of fancy headband, is now available. If you've ever visited Disney, you likely have a few ear-bands stored away, and this mount will allow you to proudly display them on the wall. The mount consists of two parts that are easy to assemble. Simply attach the back plate to the desired location on your wall by screwing it into place. Then snap the front plate onto the back plate, securing it firmly. To remove the front plate from the wall, give it a firm tug and it will come loose, allowing you to access the back plate for easy removal. You shouldn't need any additional support structures, but if you want to use them, they can be easily inserted into the latch holes. The supports should pop out with minimal effort. To print this display system, we recommend using 100% infill or printing with enough perimeters and top/bottom layers that infill is not necessary. This will ensure a quick and easy print job. You have control over the layer height of your print, so you can choose whatever setting works best for you. Using finer layers will result in a smoother snap fit and a stronger part overall. It's worth noting that occasionally, the tabs on the mount may snap off during assembly. However, this is not usually a problem, as the mount still functions perfectly even with one or more missing tabs. The likelihood of tab snapping depends on your filament choice and how brittle it becomes when printed.
