These are new mouse cases for a Microsoft 1850 mouse. You open the original case and take out the platine and the wheel. Then you plug them in your new case and voila - you have your mouse for mouth stick users.
Flat on the surface, not high and with extra rough surface for better grip and navigation precision with the mouth stick.
If you prefer to fix things with a screw - chose the model "case with screw".
If you just want to plug things together - chose the model "case with snap-joint".
