Mounts for Pipehitters
thingiverse
Various fixtures that allow mounting of an ipad in a pivot case. Specifically, these were designed for iPad Minis - a Pro may not fit in the correct location/orientation. A Pro may also block sunshade or yoke movement - depending on mount. The sushi-tray needs something to go into the pencil holders. I used a stylus with a broken tip. Glued them in place with gorilla hot glue. The Pivot_Ram...SingleBolt needs a metal support in the center to prevent failure do to layer-separation during torquing motions. I used a left-over hex key from some Ikea furniture. I held it in place with gorilla hot glue. I've used bolts/screws in the past. I don't recommend using a pointed screw (wood or drywall) because the pointed metal could be a hazard if the part did break while in use. I'm not going to explain how to use these. Presumably, if you're looking at this you already know. At you own risk. ---- Print with PET, no supports, 1 to 2 mm walls (minimum), 20% infill
