I constructed this plate specifically to attach my NAZA FC and other electronic components atop a HAL frame, particularly designed for hexa versions but possibly fitting quads too. If printing with ABS, increase the scale by about 1%. The holes must be enlarged from their original 2.8mm size to 3mm due to material shrinkage upon printing. There are four distinct plate options: 'hal_plate_small.STL' is compatible with a dome cover, while 'hal_plate.STL' has extra mounting holes but is too large for a dome cover. If you wish to exclude the additional flange edge, use 'hal_plate_small_no_flange.STL'. Lastly, 'hal_plate_small_360.STL' necessitates referring to the provided image for its unique design. For optimal print quality, set the layer height at 0.2mm and print with 2 shells and a 15% infill rate for weight reduction.
