This mounting plate specifically caters to Tech Zone Remix Electronics, available on RepRap Forums, due to their smaller size. All electronics fit on this single plate. It is currently used in a Mendel build and is not the final design; a Thermocouple board mounting method will be added later. Version 0.2 modifications include a left-section cutout to prevent x-axis belt issues, and new pieces for DC barrel jack and USB->Serial board mounting. Version 0.3 fixes the USB block and its mounting plate. Lasercut parts have been verified to work, while printing tests are pending. To create this setup, cut two .svg pieces from 1/8" or 3mm sheet material; print and glue the USB Block with a non-conductive material inside. Secure the main plate at the back-left A-frame using stepper mounting blocks, and attach the smaller plate to an 8mm rod right side with an 8mm hole for the DC barrel jack (resize if needed). The assembled USB Block attaches above with two M3x25 or longer bolts.
