I am creating a custom panel for a specific switch that includes a power connector and fuse. The power connector is an IEC 320 C14 inlet, which is a widely recognized standard, and the switch itself is a rocker switch with an optional fuse placed between it and the inlet. This setup allows for easy integration with other components. I needed to design a panel that met my specific requirements but couldn't find one that fit perfectly, so I decided to create my own based on similar panels I found. These other panels inspired me to come up with something custom-tailored to my needs. The design includes a small overhang of about 1mm, which is necessary because the panel will be printed with the front side facing down. However, if you don't need this requirement, simply rotating the panel over should eliminate any issues. It's worth noting that printing supports for the overhang yields better results and helps hold the switch securely in place. The clips on the switch catch onto the hangs, which are designed to keep everything aligned.
