The purchased E3D hotends lacked a metal plate for mounting onto an extruder platform, necessitating my own design for personal use. This design works optimally on the same-page E3D extruder platform. The exposed top of the hotend is suitable for Greg's extruder and I opted for the 3mm version of the E3D hotend.
