The Bosch PBS 75 series belt sander fits perfectly into its designated place. The device remains firmly secured in position. Initially, I had envisioned building a vertical stand for the sander, but the construction process proved to be cumbersome and overly complicated. Consequently, I decided on the simpler horizontal version instead. This option required slightly more effort than anticipated, but it is now ready for use. If you are planning to construct a vertical stand in the future, this design may provide valuable assistance. The plate is retained in place by screws. The wood glue fails to adhere to the PETG material used; its primary function is to prevent sliding. I printed the design using 1.2 mm wall thickness and 50% infill settings. To compensate for any impurities present on the cast aluminum component of the sander, a Dremel tool can be utilized.
