The AP-Pro WLAN Access Point Replacement Mount is designed for seamless integration. However, due to an imperfect template used in its creation, the cable management hole is positioned slightly off-center. While this does not impede functionality, it's worth noting when installing the access point to ensure proper alignment. To achieve a perfectly straight access point installation, take into account the slight deviation of the cable management hole during mounting. This will guarantee optimal positioning and performance. The rotation locking mechanism has been deliberately omitted from the design, relying instead on an interference fit between the mount and the access point. This secure connection ensures that the access point remains firmly in place without any additional hardware. When attaching the access point to the wall, use flat-head screws for a smooth and secure installation process. A Fusion 360 file is provided, allowing users to modify and enhance the design as needed. Please note that this replacement mount is specifically designed for the AP-Pro WLAN Access Point and will not fit the UAP AC Pro model.
