Mounting for Waveshare 5" DSI display on Voron 2.4

I looked at a few options for mounting my Waveshare 5" DSI touchscreen to my Voron 2.4, but in the end I decided to make my own. It took me several tries to get it just right, but I'm very happy with the result, and it prints cleanly without supports. I wish I could submit it as a Voron usermod, but I can't meet all the requirements - such as, I cannot provide a STEP file, and I cannot orient the STLs for printing.The frame includes a 'finger' to activate the button on the top of the Waveshare display.The angle is fixed and does not interfere with the doors or the table surface under the Voron. It fits between the standard skirts.You will need screws to suit the display standoffs, I think they are M2.5x8mm. You'll also need the original screws and T-nuts used for the original Mini-12864 display mounting.
