There was no chance to install the new bike navi only with the enclosed mounting plate. The space on the handlebar ist limited an near the gear shift the navi have to be al litte bit higher to spin it into the mounting plate. My bracket solves this issue and put the navi on the right height above the handlebar while supporting a tight mounting on the original mounting-plate. It is installed with two zip ties through the bracket an the original mounting plate, just as the original mounting would be.
