Mounting Bracket for MCU Zone USB Hub & Ethernet Hat for RPi Zero
prusaprinters

I designed this to mount my Pi Zero 2W into the electronics bay of my Voron V0.1. It is mounted using VHB tape, and this allows me to remove the board without removing the tape.

The MCU Zone USB Hub & Ethernet Hat for RPi Zero board is revision 1.1. It looks like there are a number of different revisions of this board, and the hole and component placement is slightly different on each, I can only guarantee this will work with a rev1.1 board. Here's an example of the board on AliExpress (non-affiliate link) - NOTE: I did not buy this board from this seller or AliExpress, it came with an LDO V0.1 kit.

Print Settings: Standard 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height in PETG. I would recommend against PLA for this part unless you know it will be somewhere cool.

I've also included the F3D & STEP files, in case you want to add mounting holes to this or expand it in some way. I modeled part of the PCB, but just enough to make this part, so no pins or other real-world obstacles are present in the design. This could cause conflicts if you don't consider them in your design.
