<p>I made this model so I can mount a BTT u2C to my klipperized Anycubic Chiron. &nbsp; This will work with just about anything, though. &nbsp;I now have it installed on the Chiron, a modified VzBot, and a rat rig V-core.&nbsp;</p><p>This case is designed for the 1.0 or 2.0 versions only.</p><p>The 1.1 and 2.1 models have a feature that doesn't fit in the top cover…but they will still fit to the bracket.</p><p>I discovered the Mellow UTOC-1 has the same footprint as BTT U2C so both will work.</p><p>It uses 2 screws in the back to mount to any extrusion, or you can attach it to a panel with VHB tape. &nbsp;The STL files are already rotated to position. &nbsp;If you choose to use the strain relief it is limited to less than 8mm diameter cable.</p><p>Fastener Bom:</p><p>******************</p><p>10 QTY-M3x5mmODx4mmL heat set inserts, as used on voron builds (8 if not using strain relief)(Purchase from CNC Kitchen if you can't find locally)</p><p>2QTY- M3x10mm BHCS for strain relief</p><p>4QTY-M3x25mm BHCS or SHCS for top cover.</p><p>4QTY-M3x12mm BHCS or SHCS for mounting the U2C to the case. (use 3 screws if you need clearance for wires for the 12-24v input terminal)</p><p>2 QTY-M3x10mmL SHCS and 2020 drop in T-nuts or roll in nuts for mounting to the extrusion</p><p>The case must be mounted to the extrusion before securing the U2C. &nbsp;</p><p>If you want to mount this to DIN rails use the din mounts from the voron Trident build and secure with m2x10 self tapping screws. &nbsp;It can use 2 clips to mount parallel or 1 clip to mount perpendicular to the rails.</p><p>Thanks for looking.</p><p>**********************</p><p>Printing instructions:</p><p><br>Print &nbsp;with .2mm layer height and .4 nozzle, 3 perimeters 40% infill. &nbsp; STL files should already be in the correct orientation. &nbsp; &nbsp;Support are needed for the counterbores on the bottom of the mount. &nbsp;Set support angle less than 45 degrees so it doesn't try to add support to chamfers.&nbsp;</p><p>*********************** &nbsp;</p><p>--Update Oct 19, 2022&nbsp;</p><p>Successfully tested DIN mount version.</p><p>I found that sacrificial layers were more trouble than they were worth. &nbsp;I removed them and also removed previous versions that did not accept a DIN mount so I have less files to manage. Increased heat set insert depth to 4.2mm to make it easier for them to sit flush. &nbsp;Also added in an STL for the VORON DIN mount for convenience.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
